Join Seuk's Army in the fight to save animals
At Seuk’s Army, we honor the legacy of Seuk Kim by rescuing animals from overcrowded shelters and transporting them to safety. Our mission is powered by compassion, aviation, and a dedicated team committed to giving every animal in need a second chance. With Seuk's Army, no paws are left behind!
We are their bridge to safety.
Seuk’s Army isn’t a traditional shelter or adoption-based rescue. We don’t adopt out rescue dogs and cats. Instead, we fill a critical gap in the rescue journey—helping at-risk animals get from where they are in danger to where their second chance can begin.
We are their bridge to safety.
Seuk’s Army is 100% volunteer run - powered by people who generously give their time, skills, resources, vehicles, aircraft, homes, and hearts to help animals in need. We work together with municipal shelters, rescue organizations, pilots, drivers, fosters, veterinary partners, and volunteers to remove barriers that can stand between an animal and safety... but doing so is quite expensive.
Before an animal can take their freedom flight, there are often significant expenses incurred for veterinary exams and pet health certifications, spay/neuter procedures, vaccinations, heartworm testing and on-going prevention, food, supplies, and more. Seuk’s Army covers these costs while the animals are in our care so they can be healthy, prepared, and ready to start the next chapter of their lives.
Seuk’s Army provides much more than just transportation, and while every freedom flight represents the culmination of significant work and investment behind the scenes... as one group of animals reaches safety, there are always more animals waiting for help. That means the need and the expenses never stop. Neither do we.

Want to Help? Get Involved!
Seuk's Army is fully operated by generous, dedicated volunteer support and there are no shortage of ways you can help make a difference. Every day, animals in crisis are waiting for a second chance — and you can help us get them there.
We’re urgently seeking compassionate volunteers to join our rescue mission. It truly takes a village to save a life. Whether you have wings, wheels, a spare room, or simply time or resources to give — you can be the reason an animal in need gets their second chance.
Fly
Are you a pilot with access to a plane? Would you like to help fly rescue animals to safety in your free time? Volunteer pilots are crucial to every Seuk's Army mission.
Foster
Whether it's short-term or open-ended, our fosters make a huge difference in our rescue animals life by being a safe, warm place for them to stay until the committed rescue has space for them. By getting to know the animals in a home environment, you can help that animal find a well-suited forever home and set it up for success.
Drive
We always need help getting our rescue animals transported -- whether it's to/from an airport, a shelter, a vet visit. Volunteering to drive animals is a great way to play a small but important part in a rescue animal's journey.
